Project Architect, Frederick, MD

Noelker and Hull is hiring for a Maryland-registered Project Architect to join our design team. This position is for our Frederick, Maryland studio.

Experience:

• 10 to 15 years of professional experience is required
• Analysis of client priorities and needs
• Concept development of architectural designs
• Preparation of presentation and design drawings
• Selection and knowledge of current and appropriate materials and products
• Effective communication with clients, consultants and internal teams
• Experience in communicating with contractors during construction
• Adherence to budget and client standards
• Assistance in the marketing of the firm’s services

Qualifications:

• Licensed (Registered Architect) in the State of Maryland, NCARB preferred
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Other Relevant Information:

• This position is a EXEMPT position
• Travel may be required on occasion
