Noelker and Hull Associates partnered with other local community members on September 17 to sponsor the debut of Arts in the Alley, an outdoor arts festival in downtown Chambersburg. The festival provided an opportunity for attendees to experience a variety of creative art forms in one location. Held in the parking lot of 30 West King Street, home of Noelker and Hull’s corporate office, and sponsored in part by the Chambersburg Council for the Arts, the event featured artisans demonstrating various crafts and activities, including glass blowing, pottery, children’s art, culinary creations, craft beer tasting, tattoo art and live music.
