Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc. joined the Fahrney Keedy Senior Living Community as they broke ground for a new community center and expansion to the existing assisted living and skilled nursing facility in Boonsboro, Maryland.
The new two-story, 12,500-square-foot adult day service and community center will include activity areas, a kitchen, dining and lounge areas, a library, and garden.
The addition includes a 17,500-square-foot memory care unit addition that expands the existing facility from 12 private rooms to 30. The space includes a conservatory, a salon, and private dining areas.
