Noelker and Hull Associates – a Chambersburg-based architecture, interior design, and master planning firm – is excited to announce the addition of a third office in Richmond, Virginia. This expansion will extend the firm’s geographic reach across the Mid-Atlantic and I-81 corridor from Virginia to Pennsylvania, as well as serve as a local presence for current and future healthcare and higher education clients. The firm has an additional office in Frederick, Maryland.

The new office is located at 1421 Lombardy Alley, 1st Floor, Richmond, Virginia, 23219, in the historic Buggy Factory building and officially opened December 2nd. Co-located with Sustainable Design Consulting (SDC), the sustainable-focused building features impressive environmentally-friendly design strategies.

Managed by Bruce Brooks, AIA, principal of healthcare, initial efforts include continuing service for existing healthcare clients with several ongoing projects. Additionally, firm-wide marketing and public relations efforts will be managed from Richmond in collaboration with the headquarters marketing team.

“Our Richmond office will enable us to better serve existing clients and strategically establish new relationships,” stated Stuart E. Christensen, AIA, LEED AP, principal. “This is a real opportunity to support our firm’s steady growth and increase our market share across several markets.”
