Doug began his career in marketing with a family business in the eastern region of Pennsylvania after graduating from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree. Doug worked for various large design and construction firms, promoting architectural and construction management services, before joining Noelker and Hull in 1994. Doug plays a fundamental role in Noelker and Hull’s success, engaging prospective clients and expanding relationships with existing clients. Doug’s passion for helping others and working with those who want to make a difference drives his work at Noelker and Hull.
