Bethany Village is a new, 33-acre continuing care retirement community campus in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The new campus offers every level of senior care.

The residential portion of the campus is comprised of 138 units in a four-story building with parking beneath. The memory support unit consists of 30 beds on the ground floor of a three-story, 100 unit personal care building. The project also includes a 69-unit skilled nursing.

The “Z” shape layout connects the units to a full-service community and wellness center, which contains a formal great room, fine dining, bistro, pool and fitness center, art studio, library, and many other services.
