The Frey Village community in Middletown, Pennsylvania, decided to convert an existing long-term care nursing living unit into a short-term rehabilitation facility.

In addition to remodeling the 1970s-era residential wing, a new inpatient / outpatient physical therapy gym and clinic was built. The gym is the focal point of this facility with a light-filled atrium and vibrant finishes.
