Halfmoon Village and Yacht Club is planned on a 22-acre peninsula on the Mohawk River as a condominium community for the Saratoga County area in New York. The architectural program calls for 244 residential units with parking on grade below, complemented by a community building with indoor pool and fitness and activity room, 75 boat slips in the marina, and a public fishing pier. The site design maximizes green space and walking trails throughout the community.
