The replacement nursing home on the Homewood campus in Williamsport, Maryland, accomplishes three owner-driven goals: reduce overall beds, add more private beds, and adopt an attached “small house” concept.

The two-story, 80 bed facility is divided into five households of 16 beds. The neighborhoods contain a combination living, dining, and bistro area surround an internal courtyard.
