Northgate Commons, part of the Menno Haven Northfield campus in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, is a 53-unit independent living apartment building with an integrated clubhouse. The two-story clubhouse is a “barbell” layout with dining amenities at one end and a fitness and wellness center at the other end. The living area in the middle of the facility contains a two-story atrium fireplace, club lounge, business center, and art studio.
