The Palms is a new community and wellness addition to the Fleet Landing campus in Atlantic Beach, Florida. The new facility is designed to offer a higher level of retirement living. The building is modeled around the Tuscan flavor of the campus.  The project also included a 21-appartment building with parking underneath.

Amenities include a bistro, pool, fitness area, 250-seat auditorium with stage, and professional level croquet court.
