The new assisted living memory support unit on the Phoebe Berks campus in Wernersville, Pennsylvania, offers a 24-bed facility and adult daycare center.
The concept is based on three distinct neighborhoods of eight residents each based on the “household” model. Each neighborhood contains a living room and spa, and is connected to a core area containing the country kitchen and dining area.
This project was the first component of a multi-phased master plan implementation.
