Brandon Wilde, an existing continuing care retirement community campus in Evans, Georgia, is expanding their campus in five phases from 42 to 104 acres.

Part of this initial development includes the expansion and renovation of the wellness center three-story 30-unit apartment building with parking below and 10 cottages. Amenities include a new five lane pool, whirlpool, aerobics and fitness rooms, day spa, and a healthy eating grill.
