The Villas at The Culinary Institute of America is a new privatized housing development in Hyde Park, New York. The project features both private and semi-private student rooms in suite- and townhouse-style arrangements. The Institute sought a larger number of private rooms because of the non-traditional student population that the Institute attracts.
