The Woodlands is a newly renovated 35-unit independent living apartment on the Homewood at Williamsport campus in Williamsport, Maryland. The building’s original design housed a skilled nursing facility built in 1949.

Instead of demolishing the structure, the building was completely repurposed. The floor layout was changed to hold large apartments on one side of the building. Large window bays were added for maximum day light.
