Courtney’s passion for the design of healing spaces stems from her background working in mental health facilities. Her graduate studies in healthcare planning and architecture, as well as five years of hands-on experience working as a mental health professional, provided an understanding of neuro-diverse rehabilitation, trauma-informed care, and creating optimal environments designed to de-escalate and regulate residents. As Project Manager, Courtney utilizes her interdisciplinary experience to generate empathetic, research-driven designs that enable therapeutic interventions.
