Pleasant View Communities, a Life Plan Community located in Manheim, PA, has a longstanding relationship with Noelker & Hull Associates. Over 25 years ago, our firm collaborated with Pleasant View Communities to develop a comprehensive masterplan for both the original campus and the adjacent 58-acre Hoffer Farm parcel.

Noelker & Hull recently returned to reimagine the Hoffer Farm parcel, crafting an updated master plan that aligns with Pleasant View’s mission and forward-thinking vision. Breaking away from the conventional senior living expansion model, Pleasant View set out to create a dynamic destination that celebrates the cultural and historical richness of the local community—welcoming both Pleasant View residents and the broader public.

The first phase of the project includes the relocated Manheim Community Library, a flexible event space featuring a teaching kitchen, and an exhibit area showcasing local history and culture.

This initiative reflects Pleasant View’s commitment to community engagement and celebrates the unique heritage of Lancaster County.
