To optimize space for health, wellbeing, and safety, Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc.’s interior design studio, led by Kate Cashdollar, incorporates design elements that consider air, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, and materials. As a leader in the healthcare market and with valuable experience in K-12, higher education, and senior living projects, Kate has been an integral part of the firm’s “Healthy Building” initiative.

Appointed the director of interiors in November of 2019, Kate continues to be a significant contributing member of the firm, using her many talents to smoothly transition into a leadership role within the firm since joining Noelker and Hull in 2016.

“Kate’s knowledge and specific experience in the healthcare market is beneficial as we bring her understanding of prevention and preparedness, resilience, and recovery strategies into other markets such as hospitality and higher education,” said Stuart Christenson, Noelker and Hull’s president. “As director of interiors, Kate has enhanced our interior design studio’s operations, its design processes, and client solutions. She plays a key role in Noelker and Hull by maintaining business and client relationships, and assisting with the design vision within the organization.
