The Village includes the addition of two 57,300-square-foot apartment buildings and an attached community center, along with three different designs of cottages. The new three-story independent living apartment buildings offer four different floor plans to choose from. Each building includes 27 apartments with individual storage facilities on the lower level of the community center. The two-story, 16,800-square-foot common community center includes a bistro, physician’s office/clinic, out-patient therapy center, hair salon, business center, and meeting space.
