Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc.’s (Noelker and Hull) Brian Kuhns, AIA, senior associate joined the Air Force Enlisted Village community to break ground for a new 114,042-square-foot, three-story, 63-unit independent living apartment building and community center in Shalimar, Florida.
Noelker and Hull is providing architectural and interior design services for the new 1,250 to 1,450-square-foot units at Bob Hope Village 6. The new building and community center will offer the same amenities as the other five Bob Hope Village campuses and promote fitness, wellness, and independence.
Air Force Enlisted Village president and chief executive officer Brooke McLean said, “This new construction will allow us to drastically reduce our waiting list.”
The Air Force Enlisted Village is open to retired enlisted airmen and their spouses. The Bob Hope Village is expected to open in 2020.
