Presbyterian Senior Living New Westminster Place at Ware Presbyterian Village

Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc.’s (Noelker and Hull) marketing director, Amy Bomberger, joined the community of Presbyterian Senior Living and Ware Presbyterian Village to dedicate the new Westminster Place at Ware Presbyterian Village during a celebration service on the campus in Oxford, Pennsylvania.

Noelker and Hull worked with Benchmark Construction to develop the new, 22,650-square-foot building, which includes 61, multi-family tax credit units arranged within three stories. The new affordable housing apartment campus design integrates a community room, outdoor porches, library, meditation room, lounges, health and wellness room, and office and support spaces.

“Committed to a legacy of care and compassion, this new building affirms our sense of ministry and community,” stated Rev. Dan Steward, Chaplain at Ware Presbyterian Village. “The end of construction starts a beginning of forming new relationships.”

Presbyterian Senior Living is a not-for-profit organization, providing retirement and senior care services for 90 years. They provide comprehensive services and accommodations to more than 6,000 seniors in 30 locations across the mid-Atlantic region of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio and Delaware.
