Located in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania, Whitetail Resort is tucked into the scenic Appalachian Mountains and highlights beautiful mountainside views and a diverse array of culinary and lounging options.
The new 26,721-square-foot, three-story restaurant and banquet facility addition is positioned at the base lodge in such a way to give skiers easy access to the facility directly from the ski slopes. The base lodge addition introduces three new dining opportunities to the mountainside resort: the Mountain Hearth Pizzeria, the Solstice Restaurant, and the Daybreak Café coffee shop.
The Mountain Hearth Pizzeria, features brick oven pizzas prepared in an open display kitchen for patrons to observe and experience their pizza being prepared. The second floor Solstice Restaurant provides sit-down service with a stunning panorama of the ski slopes and offers a flexible spatial arrangement to accommodate up to 300 guests for meetings, banquets, or weddings in the off-season. The Daybreak Café coffee shop offers a relaxing respite for both skiers and non-skiers alike, providing grab-and-go-style food service and a calm and quite scene of the woods adjacent to the lodge.
