Noelker and Hull provided a feasibility study of the Franklin County Administration Building. The study reviewed programming and schematic design layouts and included site options for proposed additions, placement of the proposed archive building, parking, and vehicular drop-off and circulation.

The Administration Building is a new 35,349-square-foot office building to house Franklin County administration. The project includes the County Commissioners’ suite, Tax Register/Recorder, Licensing/Treasurer, Planning, Controller, Purchasing, Human Resources, and IT departments. It also includes a 2,300-square-foot courtyard for staff use/enjoyment, a micro-market, numerous conference rooms and training rooms, and a public meeting room.

This project won the Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce 2020 Property Improvement $10,000,000+ award.
