Noelker and Hull provided architectural design services and construction document permitting for the Laurel View Cottages, a residential expansion of Laurel View Village a Life Plan Community serving adults aged 55 and over. Located in the scenic heart of Davidsville, Pennsylvania, the cottages were inspired by the tranquil beauty of the Laurel Mountains and thoughtfully designed to reflect the community’s core values of comfort, ease, and aesthetic harmony. Each single-story home includes two bedrooms, a den, a covered patio, a welcoming front porch, and a spacious 624 SF two-car garage. To meet diverse resident needs, two unit layouts were designed: Unit 1 offers 1,640 SF and Unit 2 provides 1,776 SF. Both promote low maintenance living and reflect Laurel View Village’s commitment to quality care for older adults.
