Noelker and Hull was the design architect in a joint venture with Silling Architects, of West Virginia, to develop the new Mountain Living Community Assisted Living Facility for a previously unserved rural area in Bellington, West Virginia.

The design of the 12-bed facility, which is attached to the existing hospice corporate building, is based on a household model with a country kitchen, open to living and dining areas. The exterior and interior aesthetic ties into the rural setting of the countryside.
