Provided architectural and interior design services for a new two-story, 12,382-square-foot adult day care and community center that includes activity areas, a kitchen and dining areas, lounge areas, a library, and a walking garden. The adult day services center is on the main floor and is geared toward seniors who remain in their homes, but aren’t able to safely live independently. The adult day care center is geared toward seniors who are “aging in place,” meaning, seniors who live at home with working families. It provides area seniors with a place to go when their loved ones and caregivers are at work. The second-floor community center provides a place for Fahrney Keedy residents, their family members, and staff to gather. It also has a fitness gym, which residents and staff can use.
