The Office of Multicultural Engagement (OME) is a multipurpose space focused on students and community members that includes offices and residential living. It is an integrative space with dedicated as well as flexible areas for living and learning. The new program includes assembly space on the basement level; offices, conference, and social space on the first floor; and dorm rooms on the second floor. Noelker and Hull provided architectural and interior design services for the renovation of an existing 8,820-square-foot building to convert it from a fraternity house to the OME.

Space features:
• Lower-level social space where students and community members can host gatherings, meetings, or workshops.
• First-floor lounge and study space, and a fully functional classroom with breakable spaces that can be moved around and a flat screen television.
• Second-floor residential space with a total of 10 rooms (8 singles and 2 doubles).
