Noelker and Hull provided a change of ownership property improvement plan (PIP) renovation for this Residence Inn, originally constructed in 1998 with an additional guest building added in 2002. The renovation included public spaces, guestrooms and corridors. The existing fitness center was relocated to an unused meeting space, which doubled the square footage of the space, providing guests with an upgraded amenity. New finishes, furnishings and lighting were provided throughout based on the Neuhaus weave Residence Inn design package.
