From dynamic lounge areas with bold accent colors to fully refreshed student rooms featuring contemporary finishes, the renovation brings new life and functionality.

Our team delivered comprehensive architectural design development and construction administration, ensuring every detail—from furnishings and finishes to flow and usability—aligned with the project vision. This renovation is part of our ongoing design work for Paul Hall, Rice Hall, and Stine Hall—each 24,888 SF and being completed across three phases.
