Noelker and Hull provided architectural and interior design services for a 2,774-square-foot, 2-bedroom “villa” prototype and a 2,926-square-foot, 3-bedroom villa prototype.
The total build-out is 8 duplex-style villas with 16 units in all. The units are designed to include optional sunrooms and screened-in porches. The new prototypes were designed to complement the architectural style of the original Villas.
The scope of work included structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering services.
