Kate J. Cashdollar

Director of Interiors

Kate embarked on her education with one goal in mind: to make a difference. Torn between interior design and a future in healthcare, Kate decided that design was the best outlet to demonstrate her ability to impact the built environment.

As a senior associate of the firm, Kate plays a key role in the architectural process with integral involvement in many of the design stages through construction administration. She specializes in healthcare design that promotes healing, encourages visitation, and inspires and streamlines staff efforts in workflow and patient care. Kate’s experience provides insight for health systems, with a realistic approach, understanding the needs and wants from those who will use the built environment. She is also instrumental in creating educational environments that stimulate and engage each student, regardless of age, in K-12 and higher education. Projects include multiple LEED Gold certified projects.

Kate serves on the board for Summit Health Foundation as well as the advisory board for Franklin Hospice and is an essential member of Franklin County.
